- Familiarity with federal and state employment statutes.
- Experience in developing strategy, drafting pleadings, taking/defending depositions, and arguing motions.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Salary Information

- Total annual compensation range: $100,000 - $125,000.
- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
- In addition to base salary, Kaufman Dolowich offers an annual discretionary bonus, performance-based bonus, unlimited PTO, professional and client development, and a full comprehensive benefits package.
