Job Summary
- Seeking a service-oriented Corporate Practice Assistant to support a group of attorneys in the Century City office
- Responsibilities include creating, revising, and formatting legal documents, managing calendars and travel arrangements, answering phones, and other secretarial duties
- Requires a professional, highly motivated, and organized individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, challenging legal environment

Essential Functions
- Prepare and revise a variety of legal documents using Microsoft Office 2016, Adobe Acrobat DC, and other software
- Proofread, format, and question inconsistencies in all materials
- Transcribe dictation and record minutes of meetings
- Provide administrative support, including conflict checks, timekeeping, expense reports, and internet research
- Maintain files in compliance with Firm policies using LegalKEY and Document Management System
- Work collaboratively with other practice assistants to meet firm and client needs
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to Firm policies

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be able to work core business hours with flexibility for overtime as needed
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat DC, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred
