Experience and Qualifications Required At MacDonald Illig Law Firm, we value experience and expertise in the legal field. As such, we require our Trusts and Estates Paralegal to have at least 3 years of experience working in a law office setting. In addition, the following qualifications are essential: - Strong knowledge of the probate and estate planning processes, including filing probate documents, preparing and filing deeds, and assisting clients with trust and estate documents - Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team Responsibilities and Duties As a member of our Trusts & Estates Practice Group, you will be responsible for assisting our attorneys in all aspects of the probate and estate planning process.
