H2: Oversee AML and Anti-Fraud Investigations for FINRA

- Lead a team of AML and fraud specialists
- Develop and execute strategies to accomplish department objectives
- Provide guidance and feedback to staff
- Identify and develop regulatory strategies for new and emerging risks
- Conduct AML and fraud investigations and reviews
- Implement data analytics to identify suspicious conduct
- Share intelligence with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with other regulators and law enforcement agencies
- Represent FINRA at industry events
- Significant experience in securities, compliance, or financial regulation
- Strong knowledge of AML and fraud regulations and risks
- Experience with data analytics methods and tools
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in related field, advanced degree or certification preferred
