Wilshire Law Firm, a top-rated law firm in California, is seeking a Senior Attorney to join our Employment department. This position offers the opportunity to fight for our clients and win the largest workplace retaliation and harassment, unpaid wages, leaves of absence, and wrongful termination single action settlements and verdicts achievable. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the autonomy to carry your own caseload and lead a team of Associates, Paralegals, and Assistants. Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload with complete autonomy
- Lead a team of Associates, Paralegals, and Assistants
- Litigate against employers in trials and litigation
- Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients
- Conduct depositions, meet and confers, and ADR mediations and negotiations
- Represent clients in employment matters and deliver arguments

Qualifications:

- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Minimum of seven years of experience specializing in employment litigation
- Superior analytical and legal research skills
- Experience as Lead Attorney for FEHA matters
- Creative and strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
