Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
Participate in all stages of litigation, including depositions, oral arguments, and courtroom experiences.
Assist in conducting internal investigations.
Manage multiple files and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
Interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, and clients.
Solve problems independently and exercise sound judgment.
Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals.

Qualifications:

4-8 years of experience in complex litigation areas such as Qui Tam/ False Claims Act and White Collar Litigation.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent organization, writing, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of the Federal False Claims Act/Anti-Kickback Act/Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Familiarity with county, state, and federal courts and related rules of civil procedures.
Experience participating in depositions, oral arguments, and courtroom experiences.
Ability to conduct internal investigations preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
