Job Requirements and Responsibilities

As a Mid-Level L&E Associate, you will have strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills, as well as attention to detail. You will be responsible for representing employers on both a class and individual basis in a range of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements. This position requires experience with wage & hour class action and PAGA cases.

Salary and Benefits

The expected annualized base salary for this position is $225,000 to $365,000, with actual pay adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors. Full-time employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance, short-term and long-term disability, dental and vision care, life insurance, and healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts. Additional voluntary programs, such as accident, life, disability, long-term care, critical illness, cancer, and pet insurance, may also be available. Commuter and transit programs may be available in certain markets.
