Position Summary:
- Seeking a highly qualified mid-level or senior associate to join the ERISA and Executive Compensation practice in the Business Law Department at BLD Legal.
- Candidates must have experience working in teams and managing transactions independently, as well as specific experience with tax and securities law issues in connection with equity-based arrangements and other types of incentive compensation plans.
- Additional experience in ERISA, employee benefits, or general employment law is a plus.
- This is a lateral position, open to candidates with 4+ years of experience.
- Excellent academic credentials and law firm experience are required.
- Admission to relevant bar preferred.

Job Description:
- Join the ERISA and Executive Compensation practice at BLD Legal, a leading law firm in Boston.
