The Washington, . office of a leading national law firm, known as "Law Firm," is seeking a highly qualified Debt Finance Associate with a focus on energy and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of experience in debt finance, preferably at a leading national or international law firm. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex projects in the renewable sector, oil and gas, conventional power, and digital infrastructure, and to advise clients such as private equity funds, project developers, and commercial banks.

Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate financing documents for domestic and/or international debt finance deals
- Review and draft commercial/project documents
- Advise on financing, acquisition, and development of complex projects in the renewable sector, oil and gas, conventional power, and digital infrastructure
- Provide integrated and innovative services to clients such as private equity funds, project developers, and commercial banks
- Stay updated on market intelligence and industry trends

Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience in debt finance, preferably at a leading national or international law firm
- Experience in drafting and negotiating financing documents
- Knowledge of commercial/project documents
- Background in acquisition finance, preferably in energy and infrastructure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
