Law Firm is looking for an experienced IP Litigation Associate to join the North American Intellectual Property team. The ideal candidate must possess three to four years of experience in IP Litigation, as well as experience in trade remedies, IP and unfair competition litigation, and case management.

• Experience in trade remedies, including antidumping and countervailing duties before the US Commerce Department or the US International Trade Commission, and/or IP and unfair competition litigation, including motion practice
• Document production and e-discovery experience
• Case management experience (liaising with clients, interacting with opposing counsel, taking and defending depositions, etc.)

• Manage cases, liaising with clients and interacting with opposing counsel, taking and defending depositions, etc.
