Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the probate process, including opening/closing estates, e-filing, preparing accountings, and handling asset transfers.
- Help with the trust process, including funding, administration, and notices.
- Prepare basic estate planning documents and related trust funding.
- Prepare estate tax returns, gift tax returns, individual and fiduciary income tax returns.
- Communicate with clients and advisors.

Qualifications:

- General understanding of estate planning principles and trust funding procedures.
- Knowledge of beneficiary designation forms and ability to coordinate with clients' financial advisors.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good judgment.
- Ability to manage high volume priorities while working with others to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, especially when working with clients.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.
