Responsibilities: - Perform duties of a law firm attorney, including taking depositions, motion practice, and appearing for hearings. - Investigate workplace issues and provide legal advice to clients. - Work independently on traditional labor and/or employment litigation matters. - Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal matters. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients. - Stay up-to-date on changes in labor and employment laws and regulations. Requirements: - Juris Doctor degree and a current license to practice law in good standing in Wisconsin. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law. - Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills. - Passion for litigation and employment law. - Ability to relate to sophisticated business clients.
