**Job Title: Paralegal at Law Firm**

## Overview of Paralegal Role

The Law Firm of Poppe & Associates is looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their team. The Paralegal will be responsible for case management, tracking deadlines, drafting documents, legal research, and assisting in preparation for hearings. In addition, the Paralegal will interact with clients in court and provide updates. is a requirement for this position.

## Key Responsibilities of Paralegal

* Conduct research and provide support to attorneys in the development of legal strategies
* Draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
* Assist with the preparation of legal documents and filings
* Track cases and deadlines
* Interact with clients in court and provide updates
* Maintain case files and documents

## Qualifications for Paralegal

* Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field
* At least two years of experience in a matrimonial law firm
* Knowledge of legal research, legal writing, and legal terminology
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

## Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is between $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The Law Firm of Poppe & Associates also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
