Job Title:

Experience:
- 9+ years of employment litigation experience
- Significant experience managing and running litigation cases in a first-chair capacity

Responsibilities:
- Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims
- Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues
- Represent employers in court, arbitration, and administrative agencies
- Experience with class action/PAGA cases preferred

Skills and Requirements:
- JD from accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- Current CA Bar admission in good standing
- Supervisory experience over associate and paralegal work
- Strong understanding of current agency procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
