- Draft and negotiate various agreements including renewable energy power purchase agreements, corporate PPAs, energy storage offtake agreements, and more
- Collaborate closely with clients in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
- 4-8+ years of relevant experience
- Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials and communication skills
- Must be a member of the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located
