- Responsible for pre-litigation work and managing high volume of cases in Premises Liability department
- Guide clients through the entire case process and negotiate settlements

- Conduct Examinations Under Oath and Recorded Statements as needed
- Regularly report to Premises Pre-Suit Operations Manager

Requirements:

- Law degree and active membership with NY State Bar Association
- 1+ years of experience in personal injury or premises liability
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and team members

Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000 USD

- Manage pre-litigation work and complete Flip-to-Litigation approval for viable cases
- Guide clients through their case and handle all necessary documents and negotiations
- Oversee team of Case Managers and ensure compliance with KPIs
- Conduct Examinations Under Oath and Recorded Statements as needed
- Regularly report to Premises Pre-Suit Operations Manager

Requirements:

- Law degree and active membership with NY State Bar Association
