Law firm Orrick is currently seeking a junior-to-midlevel associate with two to five years of experience in energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, and/or M&A. The position is available in Orrick's San Francisco, New York, Washington ., or Houston offices.

Responsibilities:

- Join Orrick's market-leading Energy and Infrastructure practice
- Work with an integrated global team of over 150 attorneys
- Focus on energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, and/or M&A
- Provide legal support and advice to clients
- Handle a variety of tasks, including drafting and negotiating documents, conducting legal research, and attending client meetings
- Collaborate with other attorneys and team members on complex matters
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in energy and infrastructure law
- Strong academic credentials
- Major law firm experience preferred
- Admission to the California, Texas, New York, or Washington . Bar preferred
