Position Summary: As a Labor Attorney with Ogletree Deakins, you will have the opportunity to utilize your labor law knowledge and 2+ years of experience in labor and employment law to represent premier local and national employers. This role will involve handling labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, union campaigns, and other related matters. You will also have the chance to work closely with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.
