- Handling wage and hour class actions and other employment litigation matters

- Conducting legal research and writing memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents
- Collaborating with other team members and managing multiple assignments concurrently
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Illinois bar
- 3-4 years of employment litigation experience
- Strong understanding of Illinois employment law
- Experience with wage and hour class actions and affirmative action/OFCCP compliance
- Excellent academic credentials
- Exceptional writing and research skills
- Ability to work efficiently and produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
