Job Description:

As an Employment Litigation Associate at Law Firm, you will have the opportunity to interface directly with clients to provide mission-critical advice on all aspects of employment law. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Drafting and reviewing employment policies, executive agreements, separation agreements, and other key employment documents;
Advocating for clients in employment-related disputes before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitral panels;
Working with and assisting other team members on multi-jurisdictional disputes and matters; and
Assisting and advising on various employment-related matters in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other corporate transactions.

Compensation and Benefits:
