They are seeking a Construction Litigation Associate for their Jacksonville office.

### Job Description

The Construction Litigation Associate will be responsible for providing legal assistance to clients in various construction-related matters. This includes conducting research and providing legal guidance, drafting pleadings and motions, and representing clients in court. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, comfortability in court, and excellent research and writing skills. Complex litigation experience is required; construction litigation experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and demonstrated interest in client development.

### Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in complex litigation
- Preferred experience in construction litigation
- Experience in hearings and depositions preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortability in court
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Technical background
- Demonstrated interest in client development
- Must be licensed in Florida
- Must work in-office in Jacksonville
