Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, is looking for a qualified Mid-Level L&E Associate to join our team in Los Angeles. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and excellent benefits.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the Labor & Employment Practice
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to take ownership over work and career
- Experience representing employers in wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements
- Prior experience with wage & hour class action and PAGA cases is required

Salary and Benefits:

- Expected annualized base salary range of $225,000 to $365,000
- Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law
- Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance, short and long term disability, dental and vision care, life insurance, and more
- Additional voluntary programs include accident, life, disability, long term care, critical illness, cancer, and pet insurance
- Commuter and transit programs may also be available in certain markets
