Position Summary:
- Responsible for handling all aspects of workers compensation and/or personal injury cases
- Must have at least 2 years of prior experience in worker's compensation and/or personal injury
- Detail-oriented and self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Requirements:
- Conduct client intake interviews and manage intake calls
- Organize and maintain client files
- Transcribe and compose routine letters and documents
- File management, copying, scanning, and file set up
- Work with medical records and other documents, including organizing and indexing
- Maintain attorney calendar and schedule appointments and deadlines
- Prepare documentation for file and conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Act as a liaison between clients and attorneys
- Prepare discovery documents, legal pleadings, and correspondence
- Review and analyze medical records and assist with trial preparation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with clients, courts, witnesses, and third-parties
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and ability to organize daily activities and work as a team player

Additional Information:
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with one hour for lunch
- Must be able to work from one of our office locations in Bloomington, Champaign, Decatur, Macomb, Quincy, Rushville, or Springfield, IL
