This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney with 3-5 years of experience in patent litigation and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a similar discipline. The successful candidate will be part of the Patent Litigation Group and work with clients from global blue chips to family-owned enterprises in complex patent matters. This includes district court litigation, global patent prosecution, Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and International Trade Commission (ITC) litigation. The team consists of IP litigators with trial experience, licensed patent attorneys with advanced degrees, and former senior research scientists. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in complex patent matters including district court litigation, global patent prosecution, PTAB, and ITC litigation • Provide legal advice on patent law • Draft and review patent applications • Prepare legal documents, briefs, memoranda, motions, and pleadings • Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, trial, and appeal • Negotiate and draft settlement agreements • Prepare legal opinions • Research and analyze legal issues • Attend hearings and trials Qualifications: • 3-5 years of experience in patent litigation • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a similar discipline • Excellent academic record • Strong analytical and writing skills • Experience with district court litigation and/or post grant proceedings before the PTAB preferred Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
