• Litigation or appellate experience preferred

• Valid Texas BAR license required

Law Firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their growing team in St. Paul, MN. This position will focus on civil litigation, specifically in the products liability section of the firm. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in civil litigation, a working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure, and excellent advocacy and writing skills. Previous experience with personal injury, products liability, and/or toxic tort litigation is strongly preferred.

The associate in this role will handle the day-to-day aspects of products liability cases, including client meetings, reporting and investigation, drafting and answering discovery, drafting reports and motions, and taking and attending depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations and/or trials. They may also have the opportunity to independently handle cases or work closely with a partner. This position offers significant client contact and potential for management and leadership development.
