Duties:

  • Assist clients with government contract disputes, including litigation and regulatory matters.
  • Provide support for corporate transactions involving government contracts.
  • Advise clients on suspension and debarment issues.
  • Work on matters related to the False Claims Act and internal investigations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and contracts.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on government contracting issues.
  • Participate in hearings, motions practice, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client management.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in government contracts law.
  • Experience in government contracts disputes, corporate transactions, or investigations is preferred.
  • Exposure to the False Claims Act and suspension/debarment matters is a plus.
  • Ability to handle complex legal issues in a high-stakes environment.
  • Admission to the . Bar or eligibility for admission.

Education:

  • . from an accredited law school (Graduation years 2020–2022 preferred).

Certifications:

Skills:

  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
