Job Description:
- Seeking an Associate with at least 4 years of experience in equity capital markets
- Position open in New York, Chicago, or Washington, . offices
- Responsible for drafting registration statements and Exchange Act disclosure
- M&A experience is a plus
- Must have excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Strong academic records required
- Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of location

Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in equity capital markets such as underwritten offerings, registered directs and confidentially marketed public offerings
- Experience with drafting registration statements and Exchange Act disclosure, such as 10-K’s and 10-Q’s
- Experience with M&A a plus, but not required
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Strong academic records
- Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you will be located

Compensation:
- Expected pay range for Associates varies depending on class compensation years:
- 2024/2023 Class Compensation Years: $225,000
- 2022 Class Compensation Years: $235,000
- 2021 Class Compensation Years: $260,000
- 2020 Class Compensation Years: $310,000
- 2019 Class Compensation Years: $365,000
- 2018 Class Compensation Years: $390,000
- 2017 Class Compensation Years: $420,000
- 2016 and more senior class compensation years: $435,000
