- Busy Special Investigations/Personal Injury Protection practice in New York City office
- National unit serving insurance industry
- Proactive and creative candidate preferred
- Cases range from fraud/special investigations to no fault litigation in all 50 states
- Work with litigation group for continued development

Responsibilities:

- Obtain, review, and analyze relevant documents
- Compile evidence and supporting information
- Manage files and documents
- Coordinate with support services, clients, opposing law firms, and courts
- Manage court docket calendar
- Generate status reports and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Perform additional duties as required

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Associate's degree required
- 1-3 years of legal experience preferred
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to manage fast-paced deadlines and maintain a caseload independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Compensation: $45,000 - $80,000, Negotiable Depending on Experience Level
