The General Liability Associate Attorney position requires a JD from an accredited Law School and admission to practice in the state of Indiana. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in general liability and trucking and transportation, as well as superior written and oral communication skills. Legal project management experience is a plus and trial experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities for this position include independently managing a litigation caseload, working closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects, regularly handling court appearances and depositions, and communicating with clients and providing status reports.

Responsibilities:
