- Receive intake calls and conduct client intake interviews
- Manage and organize client files
- Transcription and composition of routine letters and documents
- Familiarity with legal management software
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Act as a liaison between clients and attorneys
- Prepare documentation and discovery documents
- Review and analyze medical records and other documents
- Assist with trial preparation
- Excellent communication skills with clients, courts, witnesses, etc.
- Ability to work independently and meet time-sensitive goals
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
- Office locations in Bloomington, Champaign, Decatur, Macomb, Quincy, Rushville, or Springfield, IL
