We are currently seeking an experienced Estate Administration Paralegal to join our New Bern office. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of attorneys and staff, providing high-quality legal services to our clients. As an Estate Administration Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys with the administration of estates, trusts, and guardianships. This includes drafting correspondence and legal documents, preparing inventories, accountings, and other probate documents, and communicating with clients, beneficiaries, insurance companies, financial institutions, public officials, and court administrators. You will also be responsible for reviewing tax strategies and preparing various tax returns, as well as staying updated on administrative changes. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong work ethic and exceptional time management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You must also possess excellent client communication and service skills, as well as be proficient in MS Office Suite and general online research.
