A law firm based in Washington . seeks a Mid-level Antitrust Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in antitrust matters, including antitrust litigation. The ideal candidate must have exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills and the ability to work independently, creatively, and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong academic credentials and references are required, and candidates must be currently licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction or eligible to become licensed.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to antitrust laws and regulations.
• Assist in preparing pleadings, motions, and briefs for antitrust litigation cases.
• Participate in discovery processes, including document review, drafting interrogatories, and preparing for depositions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide client counseling on antitrust matters.
• Stay updated on developments in antitrust law and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in antitrust matters, focusing on antitrust litigation.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.

Education:
