Responsibilities:
- Drafting pleadings and preparing discovery documents
- Filing court documents and preparing trial exhibits

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of family law experience in Michigan
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
- Customer service oriented and positive attitude
