Law Firm is seeking an experienced Lateral Associate for their IP Litigation team in Washington, . The ideal candidate will have top law school credentials and IP/patent litigation experience, as well as an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering or similar. CAFC clerkship experience and experience with PTAB disputes is a plus.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $225,000 and $345,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
