Law Firm Seeks Experienced Public Company Associate in Washington DC

We are currently seeking a fourth or fifth year associate to join our Public Company Advisory group within our Capital Markets practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse range of public company clients and gain experience in both counseling and transactional work.

Responsibilities:

- Advise public companies on securities law compliance, disclosure, and corporate governance matters
- Work closely with other members of the Public Company Advisory group
- Assist with day-to-day securities law counseling, SEC reporting, and corporate governance matters
- Have opportunities to work on transactional elements of the practice, including capital markets offerings

Requirements:

- Fourth or fifth year associate with exceptional academic credentials
- Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of securities laws
- Demonstrated interest in public company compliance and corporate governance

Salary Information:

- Salary range in Washington DC for this role is $250,000 - $295,000
- Actual compensation offered will be based on experience, qualifications, and location

The Role:

As a Public Company Associate at O’Melveny, you will join our Capital Markets practice and work closely with our Public Company Advisory group.
