Law Firm Seeking Experienced Paralegal in General Liability Department in Ambler, PA

Join our team at a leading law firm in Ambler, PA as an experienced Paralegal in our General Liability Department. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team and support our paperless work environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, punctuality, excellent typing and grammar skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently. They must also have strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to see all aspects of a project through to completion while maintaining the highest level of quality.

We prefer candidates with a Paralegal Certificate or degree from an accredited university, and proficiency in various software including Microsoft Word, Outlook, e-filing, pdfDocs, scanning, and document management. Our firm offers a competitive salary, PTO, healthcare benefits, and a 401k plan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting attorneys with all aspects of case preparation and management
- Drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Conducting legal research and summarizing findings
- Organizing and maintaining case files and documents
- Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case
- Managing deadlines and calendars for multiple cases
- Assisting with trial preparation and attendance

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in General Liability
- Paralegal Certificate or degree from an accredited university preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, e-filing, pdfDocs, scanning, and document management software
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent typing and grammar skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to see projects through to completion
