Energy & Infrastructure Finance Associate - Orrick Law Firm Overview: - Orrick is seeking a highly motivated and experienced project finance associate to join their Energy & Infrastructure practice in New York. - This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $260,000 to $365,000. - Orrick has been recognized as one of Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For for eight consecutive years. - They have also been named a Project Finance Firm of the Year by Law360 and a Band 1 firm for US PPP and Renewables by Chambers. Responsibilities: - The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5+ years of experience in energy and/or infrastructure-focused project finance work. - They should have significant experience in complex project finance transactions and other energy-related leveraged financing transactions. - Experience in complicated financing transactions involving multiple creditors and capital providers is a valuable skill. - Candidates should have worked on a broad range of project financing solutions, including commercial bank facilities, bridge and term loan Bs, and taxable and tax-exempt . private placements and 144A bonds. - Construction financing, holdco financing, and refinancing experience is a plus. - The role will involve working closely with clients and team members in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: - Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. - Excellent academic credentials and superior communication skills are required. - Membership to the New York State Bar is necessary.
