Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level employment law associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience in plaintiff-side employment litigation, including demonstrated experience with discovery and motions practice in state and federal courts and the EEOC and must be admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. The candidate will participate in all aspects of litigation, from interviewing clients to assisting with trials, depositions, hearings, and mediations. Should have extensive client contact, participate in case development and strategy, and serve an integral role in the cases. Must have excellent research and writing skills, strong academic credentials, a desire to litigate, and a demonstrated commitment to employment law and civil rights.
