Orrick, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Law Managing Associate to join their dynamic Employment Group in any of their California offices. With a preference for Northern California locations, this position offers the opportunity to work on pre-litigation matters, high profile cases, and cutting-edge legal issues.

Responsibilities:
- Work on pre-litigation matters, high profile single plaintiff employment cases, systemic discrimination and wage and hour class actions, Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) representative actions, and responding to administrative charges.
- Counsel clients on a wide variety of employment issues.
- Take an active role in handling complex legal matters.
- Work directly with corporate clients.
- Manage cases, take and defend depositions, make court appearances, argue motions, handle mediations, and other related work.
- Collaborate with colleagues and mentors.
- Attend top-notch training and mentoring programs, retreats, and academies.
- Shadow experienced attorneys to gain valuable skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Employment Law experience.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Member of the California State Bar.

- Expected salary range between $310,000 and $390,000.
