Are you a highly skilled patent litigator with a life sciences degree? Are you seeking a new opportunity to showcase your talents and take on increased levels of responsibility? If so, our IP Litigation practice is looking for you!

We are currently seeking qualified candidates with 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation. As a Mid-Level IP Litigation Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of cases and counsel clients on ongoing matters.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results for our clients. Admission to a state bar is required and a background in Biology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Genetics, or Biochemistry is preferred. However, we may consider other related degrees with significant work experience.
