Law Firm seeks Mid-Level Agency Finance Associate Attorney

Law Firm is looking for a mid-level associate to join their Agency Finance practice in their Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest in cross-border transactions, preferably in the area of project finance, structured finance, or corporate finance.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a leading domestic or international law firm;
• Meaningful transactional experience;
• Action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility supporting deals;
• Admission to practice in New York;
• Professional proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French would be valuable but is not required.

Salary:

Law Firm offers competitive salaries for this position in the following locations:

• Boston, MA annual salary range: $250,000 to $345,000
• New York, NY annual salary range: $250,000 to $345,000
• Washington, . annual salary range: $250,000 to $345,000

Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays.
