Littler Mendelson . is seeking a Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges attorney to join their team. This position offers attorneys the opportunity to work on interesting and challenging cases while also having the flexibility of a remote attorney role.

###Responsibilities

The Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges attorney is responsible for the defense of each administrative agency charge and attorney demand letter assigned to them. Responsibilities of this role include:

* Drafting position statements
* Responding to agency requests for information
* Representing clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations

###Requirements

Candidates for this position should have:

* Familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges, preferably at both the federal and state levels on the management side
* A minimum of six years of employment law experience, including drafting persuasive position statements and representing clients at hearings and/or mediations
* Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
* An active bar license in the state of residence

###Compensation

The annual starting salary for this position is $115,000 and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Employees working at least a 50% schedule are eligible for a generous benefits package which includes comprehensive health, dental and vision plan for you, your spouse/domestic partner and children, mental health programs, life, disability, 401(k), family building, parenting, caregiving and multiple voluntary options.

This position offers a reduced billable hours requirement and no obligation to engage in any business-related travel or any required business development.

Littler Mendelson . is looking for attorneys with the following qualifications to fill the role of Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges:

* Familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges, preferably at both the federal and state levels on the management side
