The Law Firm of Fox Rothschild is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience required, including prior trial experience. The successful candidate will have a BA or BS degree and excellent PC skills, including proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong time management and communication skills are also essential.

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for preparing and summarizing case materials, assisting with court filings, and indexing and tracking exhibits and materials. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and clients during all phases of litigation, as well as conduct internet research and provide excellent client service. Additionally, you will have an annual billable hour requirement of 1,400.

Qualifications for this position include a BA or BS degree, with an Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred. The ideal candidate will also have a minimum of 3 years of professional services firm or in-house legal department experience. Strong PC skills, time management skills, and attention to detail are also required.
