Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex and detailed analysis of legal matters
- Communicate with diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff
- Prepare and respond to cease and desist letters and handle other enforcement matters
- Review clearance searches and prepare substantive responses to PTO office actions
- Handle copyright law matters, including domain name disputes and TTAB proceedings
- Advise clients on legal solutions for prosecution, enforcement, and litigation, licensing, and advertising

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of . and foreign trademark counseling, clearance, and prosecution experience
- Experience with reviewing clearance searches and preparing responses to PTO office actions
- Familiarity with handling cease and desist letters and other enforcement matters
- Knowledge of copyright law
- Active state bar membership and compliance with CLE requirements
- Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills

Salary Information:
- Salary range of $225,000 - $260,000, adjusted for flex-time schedules
- Salary offer will depend on qualifications and experience
