- Draft closing documents and compile disclosure documents
- Provide administrative support, including organizing and preparing documents for attorney review
- Coordinate the execution and distribution of documents
- Prepare, produce, and review transcripts and maintain client files

Requirements:

- Four-year college degree and paralegal certificate, ., or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in a law firm or government setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
