Bankruptcy Attorney - Represent Creditors in Texas Minimum 500 and maximum 3000 words Aldridge Pite, LLP is a multi-state law firm that focuses on utilizing technology to create efficient work flows with clients and business partners. They are currently seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney to join their team in Texas. The position will involve representing creditors in bankruptcy matters and interacting with clients and staff in a professional and diligent manner. The ideal candidate will have a and be admitted to the Texas state bar or the United States Bankruptcy Courts in Texas. They should also have experience in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases representing lenders and creditors, including attendance at court hearings. Prior bankruptcy experience is preferred, but not required.
