The Law Firm is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Bankruptcy Department as an Entry Level Bankruptcy Paralegal. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys, executive team members, and nationally recognized clients, while building your skills and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and assist with the preparation and review of legal pleadings for Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases
- Monitor cases through court dockets and ensure all court deadlines are met
- Keep case management system and client communication systems updated with current case status
- Communicate with outside parties throughout the bankruptcy process
- Perform quality assurance and control reviews of bankruptcy documents prior to filing

Qualifications:

- Prior legal support or bankruptcy experience required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Paralegal certification preferred, but not required
- Ability to navigate and multitask through multiple systems
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits:

- Full-time position, Monday through Friday with general business hours
- Competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000 per year
