Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking second-year law students (Class of 2026) to apply for our 2025 Summer Program, which includes our Diversity Fellowship Program. This program is designed to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our firm and the legal community. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to excel.

- The program offers a weekly salary throughout the 10-week program, as well as a $50,000 taxable fellowship.
- Applicants must be enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school and can come from any background, regardless of race, gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- To be eligible, applicants must also apply for at least one of our 2L Summer Associate positions either through our career portal or OCI.
- Interested candidates must submit a resume, law school transcript, and a personal statement (approximately 500 words) describing their background, accomplishments, and leadership experience related to promoting diversity.
- Due to the high volume of submissions, we are unable to respond to inquiries about the status of applications.

Salary and Benefits:

- Weekly salary for the 10-week program.
- $50,000 taxable fellowship, paid in two installments.
- $20,000 after successfully completing the 2025 Summer Associate Program.
- $30,000 within 30 days after joining the firm as an associate/law graduate.

Eligibility Requirements:

- Must be a second-year . student enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school.
- Can come from any background, regardless of race, gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
