Key Responsibilities:

- Review, analyze, and process incoming notifications from courts, administrative agencies, clients and counsel.
- Utilize CourtAlert software to review docketing information and ensure accuracy of deadlines and database.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly docket reports.
- Respond to inquiries from attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants regarding matter calendars and court procedures.
- Conduct docket orientation and training for new staff.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

Expected Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to problem-solve and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Federal and State and Local rules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate, or at least 4 years of law firm docketing experience.
- Knowledge of California State and Local rules preferred.

Salary Information:
