Marketing Paralegal - Legal Solutions for Global Marketing Organization

Position Overview:

- Seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the Autodesk Marketing Legal team
- Focus on providing legal solutions to enable the Global Worldwide Marketing organization achieve strategic goals
- Collaborate with colleagues in Marketing Legal, wider Autodesk Legal team, and Autodesk business teams
- Guide team's information sharing, knowledge-management, and collaboration tools
- Comfortable in culture of learning and continuous improvement
- Interest in design and make world to relate to Autodesk customers' needs and outcomes
- Report to Director, Senior Corporate Counsel Marketing & Advertising based in London, UK
- Hybrid position, able to commute to Boston, SF, Dublin, or London offices

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with attorneys and business teams in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to vendors and marketing initiatives
- Review marketing materials including advertisements, social media content, website content, and promotional materials
- Provide support for organizing and executing contests and sweepstakes
- Assist in legal aspects of event planning and execution
- Manage templates and existing knowledge resources
- Contribute to information sharing, knowledge management, and collaboration tools
- Partner with Autodesk Legal Operations team and other members of the Autodesk Legal team
- Support interactions with colleagues such as communications, development of presentation materials, and meeting planning

Minimum Qualifications:

- 2-4 years' experience as a Paralegal in the area of Marketing and Advertising
- Experience supporting brand, intellectual property, advertising, and marketing teams
- Familiarity with marketing and advertising laws and regulations, intellectual property, privacy, and SaaS
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent analytical and project management skills
- Tech-savvy with the desire and ability to master databases, collaboration tools, and knowledge-management tools
- Positive attitude and approach challenges with energy
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of employees

Salary Information:

- Starting base salary between $80,600 and $139,150 for roles
- Offers based on experience and geographic location
- Additional emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions, stock grants, and benefits
